Graham Harris -  Life Member

Graham Harris has been an APEN member since 1193. For more than three decades of dedicated service and strong commitment to extension and APEN. APEN is indebted to Graham’s contribution over his years with the organisation.

Graham Harris has been involved in extension for most of his career, becoming an agricultural extension officer in 1981 with the Queensland Government. He led a number of extension projects focusing on irrigation systems, crop agronomy, telecommunications and farm management over the years. Part of his focus has been on his own development as an extension officer and on assisting the development of other extension officers. He is keen for extension staff to be recognised for their professionalism and acknowledged for the work they do in supporting rural communities adapt to changing conditions.
